• As a specialist technician: in industry, you carry out demanding refurbishment, maintenance, repairs and inspections on various components, mainly bogies, of diesel and special vehicles.
• You exchange and check different components and implement control and change orders according to SBB specifications. You recognize deviations early and document your work seamlessly.
• If necessary, you will produce special constructions and thus make a significant contribution to smooth rail traffic in Switzerland.
• You actively participate in continuous improvement processes, measure and document process steps and keep your work clean and traceable.
• In the team, you bring economic solutions and constructive suggestions for improvement.

• You are flexible, open to change and appreciate a varied and versatile working environment.
• A quick comprehension, a high willingness to learn as well as a pronounced safety and quality awareness distinguish you.
• You have a completed vocational apprenticeship EFZ in the craft sector (e.g. polymechanic:in, production mechanic:in, agricultural machinery mechanic:in, car mechanic:in) and some years of experience in an industrial environment.
• For this activity, you bring the necessary physical fitness and resilience and meet the requirements for safety-relevant work (no color vision disorder).
• In addition, you have good oral and written knowledge of German or French (min. B1).
