The Solution "IT Base Infrastructure" provides cloud and platform services, data and messaging infrastructure, API management and Developer Experience for the whole of SBB. Our Agile Release Train (ART) «Cloud Foundation» provides the computing services for applications and technical services as well as the necessary network and application security, thereby offering the basic infrastructure for SBB's IT services and IT solutions. As Product Manager for the ART "Cloud Foundation", you bring solid technical expertise and take the lead on the product portfolio. You define the strategy, set clear priorities and orchestrate implementation together with Product Owners, technical teams, System Architects and the Release Train Engineer (RTE). As an ART trio, we drive ART-wide initiatives forward, play an active role in service leadership and transform platform services into true enablers for product teams. • As Product Manager for Cloud Foundation, you manage the product portfolio, align the strategy and thereby create the technological foundation for stable and secure SBB applications.
• Together with the head of the Solution and the Product Owners, you develop the product vision and roadmap and translate them into actionable initiatives.
• Through subject-matter leadership and coaching, you strengthen the Product Owners in the Agile Release Train and prioritize and coordinate their workflows.
• Throughout the entire product lifecycle, you identify the needs of customers and coordinate with relevant stakeholders so that the solutions deliver tangible value.
• You ensure availability, quality and business relevance and are accountable for impact based on clear metrics and agreed targets.
• You plan and coordinate releases with internal and external partners, ensure transparency in dialogue with stakeholders and work closely with Legal, Compliance, Operations, Development, Support and Finance.

What you bring.

• With your development-oriented and results-oriented leadership, you strengthen teams, foster trust and enable self-directed collaboration.
• With clear communication, you engage different stakeholders and convey complex matters in an understandable way.
• You have extensive experience with agile ways of working and several years of practical experience as a Product Manager or an experienced Product Owner, ideally in scaled environments with an Agile Release Train.
• You set priorities confidently and coordinate workflows across several teams while continuously developing the strategy and roadmap.
• You have broad technical knowledge in Public Cloud, Private Cloud, sovereign cloud, data center infrastructure, networking, and application security.
• You have German at least at level C1 and English at level B2.
