Your tasks

• You lead the HR services team with 6-8 employees, promote the further development of your employees and ensure efficient, service-oriented processing of all HR processes along the employee life cycle.
• You are responsible for wage processing including social insurance, year-end processing as well as compliance with legal, collective employment agreements and company regulations - and actively support day-to-day operations.
• You optimize internal processes together with other team leaders, further develop digital HR tools, create reports and key figures on process and service quality and thus ensure future-proof structures.
• You are the central contact person for employees, work closely with recruiting, personnel development and HR business partners, participate in HR projects and support internal and external revisions and audits. What you bring with you
• You have completed vocational training with further qualifications in the HR sector (certificate, CAS, HF/FH studies).
• You have several years of management experience as well as in-depth knowledge of Swiss labor law and collective employment agreements in the construction industry.
• You have in-depth knowledge of payroll accounting and social insurance and are familiar with Abacus, SFEC, time recording systems and reporting tools.
• It is an advantage if you have a good knowledge of French.
