- Together with another team leader, you are responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Nebikon headquarters.
- Control of daily transport, deployment and route planning including personnel and vehicle management
- Ensuring optimal utilization and timely delivery
- Responsibility for decisions and escalation management in daily business Technical management of the disposition
- Personnel and disciplinary responsibility for dispatchers and drivers
- Targeted coaching and promotion and further development of employee processes & structures
- Continuous optimization of processes, structures and interfaces in cooperation with other areas
- Standardization of workflows and introduction of new working methods
- Responsibility for resource planning and its ongoing development
