- Co-responsibility for implementing the performance targets of the Stroke Unit
- Ensure the management, support and further development of the care team.
- Responsibility for ensuring professional care in cooperation with specialist care and vocational training
- Patient- and employee-oriented thinking and acting taking into account business requirements
- Participation in projects to improve and further develop the station and active participation in working groups
- Co-responsibility for securing the training mission of students and achieving the goals of employees in further education
