- Disciplinary and professional management of approximately 7-9 employees
- Regular operational cooperation in the OR and support of employees in difficult care/treatment situations
- Ensure the continuous development of clinical nursing practice in close cooperation with the nursing responsible persons
- Responsible for clearly structured workflows and good work environment factors (e.g. correct skill-grade mix, nurse-to-patient ratio, etc.)
- Ensure economic and budgetary delivery of services and performance measurement
- Complaint management and ensuring the information flow both in-station and interprofessionally
Requirements
- Completed training in surgical technique (RF level), leadership training beneficial
- Several years of experience in operation, ideally with in-depth practical experience in the respective department as well as 1-2 years of management experience
- Good knowledge of the specific operating procedures, structures and requirements of the assigned team
- Strong understanding of interprofessional cooperation and the interfaces between surgical technology, medical profession, anesthesia and other professional groups
