• You will lead and develop a customer service team in the area of security in the Berne region professionally, organizationally and personnel
• You ensure reliable, customer-oriented and economical order and service processing – from planning to coordination to successful implementation
• You are responsible for the professional, scheduled and commercial achievement of your team’s goals and ensure transparency in quality, costs, deadlines and resources.
• You plan and control the human and material resources and ensure optimal utilization as well as predictive assignment planning
• You promote the development of your employees, strengthen cooperation in the team and create an environment in which personal responsibility and continuous improvement are lived.
• You review existing processes, identify potential for optimization and implement improvements together with your team as well as across departments
• You work closely with internal interfaces, sales, project organization and customers and thus contribute significantly to customer satisfaction and the success of our security organization in your talents and experiences.
• You have completed an apprenticeship in electrical, security or building technology or an IT education with relevant further education at the level of HF/FH/NDS/CAS – or bring a comparable qualification
• You have several years of experience in the service or project environment, ideally in security, building or electrical engineering
• You bring leadership experience or are ready to take the next development step into a leadership role
• You understand business contexts, work in a structured way and make decisions with regard to quality, customer benefit and profitability
• You are a resilient, committed and communicative personality who motivates people, takes responsibility and constructively shapes change
• You work safely with MS Office and use digital tools efficiently in everyday management and work
• You communicate very well in German in word and writing
• English skills and/or another national language are beneficial
