For the "Tertianum Schönberg" in Bern, we are looking for a qualified nursing specialist HF/FH/DNII immediately or by appointment as team leader "Care & Support" 80-100% Your tasks
- Holistic care and nursing of guests in the spirit of our nursing mission statement and the nursing process
- Responsibility and leadership of your nursing team of approx. 25 employees
- Taking on tasks as a nursing reference person
- Responsibility and control of the nursing process of the assigned guests including the RAI LTCF care needs classification.
- Electronic nursing documentation using CareCoach
- Planning and accompanying doctor's visits
- Taking on day-to-day responsibility with coordination of the day-to-day team
- Leading case discussions and nursing reports
- Taking on tasks as a subject person in a specialist topic and thus participating in the group-wide network on care quality Your profile
- Completed training as a qualified nursing specialist HF/FH/DNII or equivalent training recognized by the SRK
- Professional and empathetic interaction with people suffering from dementia
- Professional experience in general long-term care is an advantage
- RAI LTCF knowledge desired or willingness to attend these courses (paid)
- A warm and humorous attitude
- Enjoyment of a variety of challenges
