- Management and organization of the birth department in a duo with a committed and motivated team of around 25 midwives (including outpatient consultation hours at the location SZB, as well as gynaecological emergencies outside office hours)
- Project coordination and management in renewals/further developments in the women’s clinic
- Optimization and co-creation of the specialist development in the Frauenklinik based on targeted use of working groups
- Co-responsibility in securing the training mandate of students and the achievement of goals for employees in further education
- Promoting constructive cooperation in the team as well as interface areas of the Frauen-enklinik / Kinderklinik and external partners This sets you apart
