- They shape the transition to the new team structure and bring employees from different previous organizational contexts together in a joint assistant team.
- They take over the personnel and professional management of the employees and accompany and promote their professional and personal development.
- They are responsible for the operational operation of the assistance team and ensure professional, efficient and service-oriented administrative support for the organizational units of the central area.
- They control and coordinate tasks and resources within the team and ensure balanced and needs-based service delivery.
- They work closely with the organizational units of the central department as well as the specialist departments of human resources and finance, network the relevant stakeholders and ensure partnership-based cooperation as well as clear and functioning interfaces.
- They continuously develop processes, standards and workflows and thus make an important contribution to the further development of the administrative organisation within the framework of Fit for Future. Requirements
- Basic commercial education or similar training, ideally complemented by tertiary education (e.g.
- HF, professional card) in business administration, management, organisation or a related field
- Several years of professional experience in a comparable function, ideally in a complex administrative environment
- Several years of leadership experience as well as experience in the development and support of teams
