In Solution Team Delivery Tools & Automation, you and your team will continue to develop PostFinance’s central test data platform (TDP). It enables developers and testers to provide synthetic test data easily, quickly and reliably for their development and testing processes.
As a team lead, you lead and develop an interdisciplinary engineering team and create the conditions for people, technology and collaboration to develop their potential. Together with Product Owner and Architecture Owner, you ensure clear framework conditions, effective cooperation and sustainable development of the team.
This will make an important contribution to faster, more reliable and more automated software development at PostFinance.

- You lead and develop your team in terms of personnel, methodology and organization and create an environment in which personal responsibility and cooperation are a matter of course.
- Together with Product Owner and Architecture Owner, you shape the leadership of the team and provide clarity in responsibility, priorities and collaboration
- You create the framework conditions so that the team can focus on value-creating, high-quality and reliable solutions
- You will continuously develop the team’s collaboration and working methods, eliminating obstacles that make efficient software delivery difficult.
- You promote learning, feedback, self-organization and an engineering culture where continuous improvement is lived.
- You will help shape the further development of the Solution Team Delivery Tool & Automation and bring your team’s perspective to overall decisions
- You network across team boundaries and promote the exchange of knowledge and best practices within PostFinance
You bring that with you
- An advanced degree in computer science or business informatics or a comparable qualification through several years of professional experience
- Several years of experience in leading and developing software or engineering teams
- A good understanding of modern software development, DevOps and automated delivery processes
- Practical experience with agile and lean working methods such as Scrum or Kanban. You do not understand agility as an end in itself, but as a means to deliver effective results.
- Experience in team development and change processes as well as the ability to consistently give responsibility to the team
- Strong communication, moderation and conflict resolution skills as well as empathy and decision-making strength
- Negotiating knowledge of German and English
