You can move that

• Responsibility for the fulfillment and further development of the agreed service level agreements (SLA) of the assigned systems as well as official internal and external contact point during the use phase
• Technical and commercial overall responsibility for the allocated systems including performance, cost, resource and risk controlling and regular reporting
• Assessing the system status, identifying risks and deviations as well as initiating appropriate measures to ensure the SLA and to continuously optimize system availability, system performance, operating costs and service quality.
• Creating, calculating and representing offers, service descriptions and project calculations in your own area of responsibility
• Control of ILS tasks as well as the change service within the context of configuration management for the assigned systems according to specifications and processes, including the company's representation to the customer
• Organisation and management of system-specific meetings as well as professional representation at customer, partner and internal meetings, combined with the coordination of internal specialist offices and external partners to ensure timely and technically coordinated service provision
• Regular report to the line organization and the customer on system status, performance indicators, costs, risks, deviations and measures as well as compliance and implementation of processes according to IMS and customer specifications
• Performing the interface function between customers, internal departments, suppliers and external partners as well as cooperation in specialist groups by introducing system-specific requirements and experience

You bring that with you

• Completed technical training with further training in systems engineering, engineering, business administration or equivalent
• Several years of experience in system support, technical service management or in a comparable function with system responsibility
• In-depth knowledge in technical system management, in particular in the areas of system operation, system availability, configuration, changes, risks and performance monitoring, supplemented by expertise in configuration management, ILS as well as in process and quality management systems
• Experience in the technical and commercial control of services including cost, resource and performance controlling, the creation and calculation of offers, service descriptions and project services as well as in the coordination of interdisciplinary specialist departments and the management of customers, partners and suppliers in their own area of responsibility
• Secure handling of key figures, reports, risks, deviations and escalations as well as the ability to derive concrete measures from them
• Strong ability to communicate and negotiate with internal and external contacts
• High organisational capacity and independent, structured and solution-oriented working methods combined with a strong sense of responsibility and the ability to assess technical, commercial and operational interests in a balanced way
• Flowing German and good English skills in word and writing
