Main responsibilities
- Together with your team, you will operate and optimize central platforms and tools for software development.
- You support development teams in 2nd and 3rd level support when using the tool stack.
- You analyze disruptions, process user requests and provide a fast and sustainable solution to problems.
- You will create and maintain technical documentation, instructions, checklists and best practices for the operation and use of the platforms.
- You actively participate in the further development of platforms, processes and automation solutions and bring your own ideas.

- Completed higher education in computer science (ETH, FH, HF) or comparable professional experience of several years.
- In-depth knowledge of IT as well as practical experience in the DevOps or BizDevOps environment.
- Experience with Git, Ansible, Terraform, Docker and/or Kubernetes.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms, ideally AWS.
