- Preparation, execution and follow‑up of lessons
- Lesson structure taking into account the different prerequisites of participants
- Proven teaching experience in adult education: in the relevant subject area or in a comparable role
- Completed basic or further training: swimming instructor or gymnastics and sports teacher, with SLRG Brevet Base Pool
Main responsibilities
- Preparation, execution and follow‑up of lessons
- Lesson structure taking into account the different prerequisites of participants
- Regular coordination with your contacts in the Klubschule administration Requirements
- Proven teaching experience in adult education: in the relevant subject area or in a comparable role
- Completed basic or further training: swimming instructor or gymnastics and sports teacher, with SLRG Brevet Base Pool
- Customer‑oriented, well‑presented and courteous demeanor
- Independent, flexible and reliable personality
- Convey subject knowledge in a varied, participant‑ and goal‑oriented way while inspiring enthusiasm
- For children’s swimming the Swimsports badges must be teachable German (good knowledge) What we offer
