Tasks
- You support internal users and provide IT support in various areas of expertise
- You analyze and process incidents and service requests in first level support
- Create and edit tickets and documentation in Atlassian Tools Jira and Confluence
- Assess the priority of tickets and escalate themes to 2nd level support posts if they cannot be solved directly
- You are responsible for deploying and staging all hardware. In addition to Windows clients, this also includes printers, checkouts, various MDE devices and more
- You take over the field support within headquarters and at external locations throughout Switzerland
- You maintain user management and access permissions
- You support projects in the realization
- You are ready to take care of piketting outside normal business hours
Requirements
- You have completed an apprenticeship in the IT sector or are a lateral entrant with several years of professional experience in IT
- Experience in IT support and ticketing is an advantage
- You are a service provider with passion, a high level of quality and responsibility as well as initiative
- Working independently is a matter of course for you,
- You are team capable and resilient, stay calm even in hectic situations
- You are flexible in working hours in order to cover the piketting service as well as occasional assignments outside the regular working hours
- You have good communication skills and manners
- You communicate easily in German and Italian, French is also an advantage
- You are in possession of driving license Kat. B and have their own car

- Du verständigst dich problemlos in Deutsch und Italienisch, Französisch ist zusätzlich von Vorteil
- Du bist im Besitz von Führerschein Kat. B und hast ein eigenes Auto
