- Provision and maintenance of research and laboratory informatics operating systems
- Implementation of operational processes and procedures in the context of the operation and monitoring of workstations and servers (ITIL support at levels 1 and 2)
- Troubleshooting and user support for the workstation and server system until complete solution
- Commissioning of services at the Federal Office for Informatics and Telecommunications (BIT)
- degree as computer scientist or recognised as equivalent.
- At least 5 years of professional experience in the field of IT infrastructure and in-depth knowledge in the field of cloud.
- Ability to solve problems, teamwork, work in a cross-location environment
- Communicative personality, good networking skills and customer orientation
- Knowledge of two official languages and a very good knowledge of English in word and writing
