The retail of Zurich Kantonalbank is one of the Bank's most vibrant areas with permanently new ideas. Its applications form the technological backbone for the emissions, trading and platform business with structured products – from pricing to issuance to life-cycle management. You are responsible for the integration and further development of central trading and emission platforms as well as connected systems and interfaces.

We are looking for you as Java/Kotlin Software Engineer with a strong technical profile and interest in trading and structured products. In a latin environment you take responsibility for business-critical applications, work closely with the trade and develop yourself professionally and technically continuously.

Your Tasks

• Further develop our central backend platforms for the development of the Pricing, Emission and Lifecycle management of Structured Products
• Collaborate on modern web applications with Angular for internal and external frontends
• Design, implementation and further development of the kyen backend-Services and interfaces
• Collaborate with the departments in the trade of Structured Products for the analysis of requirements and professionally sound implementation
• Collaborate throughout the Lifecycle: from the idea to specification and story development, implementation and from operation to operation
• Completed technical training or further education in computer science
• Multi-year practical experience in the design, design and development of modern backend applications, ideally in the financial environment
• Very good knowledge in a JVM language, ideally Kotlin, and willingness to develop primarily in Kotlin
• Practice in handling modern tool chain for software development, CI/CD and operation
• Experience with or interest in cloud and container technologies
• Experience or strong interest in the field
