- You make internal clarifications to offer our customers the best possible support
- In addition to customer contact, you take care of internal tasks, such as troubleshooting phone number ports in our system

Main responsibilities
- You make internal clarifications to offer our customers the best possible support
- In addition to customer contact, you take care of internal tasks, such as troubleshooting phone number ports in our system
- You ensure customer loyalty and keep an eye on customer reviews
- You question existing processes and bring in fresh ideas Requirements
- 1-2 years: Experience in mobile services
- You are enthusiastic about mobile services and ideally already have experience in this area and enjoy customer contact
- You enjoy acquiring new product knowledge and quickly familiarizing yourself with new topics
- Customer satisfaction is the focus for you.
- With your motivation, commitment and flexibility, you will also find the right solution in challenging situations.
- Identify potential for improvement and implement changes to increase productivity and effectiveness
