Role overview

With Galaxus Mobile, we have an in-house mobile subscription that is largely operated and developed ourselves.

To strengthen our customer service, we therefore seek support.

Are you interested in mobile communication, do you like to be in direct contact with customers and value teamwork?

Main responsibilities

  • You make internal clarifications to offer our customers the best possible support
  • In addition to customer contact, you take care of internal tasks, such as troubleshooting phone number ports in our system
  • You ensure customer loyalty and keep an eye on customer reviews
  • You question existing processes and bring in fresh ideas Requirements
  • 1-2 years: Experience in mobile services
  • You are enthusiastic about mobile services and ideally already have experience in this area and enjoy customer contact
  • You enjoy acquiring new product knowledge and quickly familiarizing yourself with new topics
  • Customer satisfaction is the focus for you.
  • With your motivation, commitment and flexibility, you will also find the right solution in challenging situations.
  • Identify potential for improvement and implement changes to increase productivity and effectiveness
