With us, you are not simply responsible for wage runs. You ensure that around 550 employees can rely on a professional, reliable and human payroll. At the same time, you actively shape processes, contribute your ideas and work in an environment that not only allows for change, but also promotes it. We are looking for you as a new team member who supports us as a Business Partner:in Payroll with a workload of 100% as of September 1, 2026. Our task menu

• Independent handling of monthly wage processing in the assigned area
• Management of all personal data from entry to exit
• Management of the time recording system incl. First-level support for operational planning and absence management
• Processing of illness and accident reports including daily allowance control
• Preparation of IV applications, EO applications and child allowances
• Preparation of intermediate earning forms and employer certificates
• Processing of versatile wage correspondence
• Cooperation in the optimization and further development of payroll processes
• Specific assignments on individual Saturdays or public holidays for special wage runs Your recipe for success
• High degree of independence and reliability
• Basic commercial training EFZ
• Social security training
• At least 5 years of experience in the payroll
• Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel
• Experience with SwissSalary, rexx, E3 or UKA is an advantage
• Very good knowledge of German in word and writing
• Knowledge of French is a plus
