Introduction For our Quality & Sustainability department, we are looking for a Support Applications (H/F) whose main mission will be to ensure the link between the production trades and the IT trades MES/LES.
Responsibilities
- Analyse the need and contribute to the realization of specifications
- Test new features on a driver and train users on the MES (Apriso)
- Deploy MES features in production workshops and stabilize them
- Centralize and report any incidents and/or developments in Apriso
- Be user support and relay in the workshop
- Train new employees
- Pilot a backlog
- Supporting Change
- Lead a Key Users working group/network Profile
- Diploma of engineer or technician ES from a technical field
- Control of production processes
- At ease with information system tools and data (PLM, ERP, MES, LES)
- Project management skills and knowledge of the Scrum method
- Skills for teamwork and service
