Role overview

Introduction For our Quality & Sustainability department, we are looking for Application Support (M/F) whose main mission will be to ensure the link between the Production professions and the MES/LES IT PROFESSIONS. Responsibilities

• Analyze the need and contribute to the achievement of the specifications
• Test new features on a driver and train users on MES (Apriso)
• Deploy MES functionalities in production workshops and stabilize them
• Centralize and report possible incidents and/or evolutions of Apriso
• Be the support of the users as well as the relay in the workshop
• Train new employees
• Managing a backlog
• Accompanying change
• Facilitate a working group/ network of Key Users Profile
• Engineer or technician diploma from a technical sector
• Mastery of production processes
• Comfortable with the tools and data of the information system (PLM, ERP, MES, LES)
• Project management skills and knowledge of the Scrum method
• Skills for teamwork and service
