Introduction For our Supplies sector, we are looking for a Turning Methods Respondent (M/F) whose main mission will be to design, deploy and optimize turning processes.
- Introduction For our Supplies sector, we are looking for a Turning Methods Respondent (M/F) whose main mission will be to design, deploy and optimize turning processes.
- Define programming strategies, associated tools and influential parameters.
- Carry out equipment start-up, develop programs and approve them according to current standards and methodology.
Main responsibilities
- Define programming strategies, associated tools and influential parameters.
- Carry out equipment start-up, develop programs and approve them according to current standards and methodology.
- Support and assist production via a Helpdesk.
- Participate in the acquisition of production equipment.
- Ensure the correct definition of product specifications for operations, in close collaboration with industrialization managers, designers and methods agents.
- Share strategies and processes with operations throughout the industrialization phases.
- Train and support users during process transfers between industrialization and operation. Profile
- CFC of polymechanic with proven experience in the field of bar turning
- Knowledge of Tornos and Citizen bar turning machines desired
- Technical culture, curiosity and openness to new technologies
