- Unterstützung der Stationsleitung in der personellen und fachlichen Führung des Pflegeteams
- Mitverantwortung für die Sicherstellung einer professionellen, evidenzbasierten Pflege
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als dipl.
- Pflegefachperson HF/FH oder gleichwertige Anerkennung (zwingend SRK Anerkennung bei ausländischem Diplom)
Main responsibilities
- Unterstützung der Stationsleitung in der personellen und fachlichen Führung des Pflegeteams
- Mitverantwortung für die Sicherstellung einer professionellen, evidenzbasierten Pflege
- Übernahme der Tagesverantwortung bei Abwesenheit der Stationsleitung
- Aktive Mitarbeit in der direkten Patientenversorgung
- Koordination interdisziplinärer Zusammenarbeit mit ärztlichem Dienst und weiteren Berufsgruppen
- Mitwirkung bei der Dienstplanung sowie bei Personalentwicklung und -förderung
- Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Qualitäts- und Sicherheitsstandards
- Mitarbeit in Projekten sowie bei der Weiterentwicklung von Pflegeprozessen
Key requirements
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als dipl.
- Pflegefachperson HF/FH oder gleichwertige Anerkennung (zwingend SRK Anerkennung bei ausländischem Diplom)
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Akutbereich, idealerweise auf einer interdisziplinären Bettenstation
- Erste Führungserfahrung oder absolvierte/angefangene Weiterbildung im Führungsbereich von Vorteil
- Hohe Sozial- und Fachkompetenz sowie ausgeprägte Teamfähigkeit
- Organisationsstärke, Belastbarkeit und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Freude an interdisziplinärer Zusammenarbeit und an der Weiterentwicklung der Pflegequalität
- Gute IT-Anwenderkenntnisse und Bereitschaft zur Mitgestaltung digitaler Prozesse
