Main responsibilities
- Support for personnel and professional management in small-scale logistics and ultra-fresh products Securing day-to-day operations
- Assistance in the operational management of transport partners and support of third-party partners
- Monitoring of driver operations incl. ARV 1 and Labour Law
- Participation in regular planning and coordination meetings
- Quality control / monitoring of work processes Support for administrative activities Creation of operational controlling data Conducting regular meetings and trainings
- Operational planning of dispatchers and drivers Requirements
- 3-5 years: Transport / Logistics
- Eidg. Professional ID: Transport
- Extensive experience and training in the logistics/transport industry and corresponding training in this field
- Some years of experience in a similar position, preferably in transport
