We are looking for a leader who likes to act as a stv.
Head of department assumes joint responsibility through our department for women who have recently given birth and ophthalmological patients (17 beds) and, together with our innovative and motivated management team, continues to develop the women’s clinic.
The department is divided into two areas: 17 beds for patients who have recently given birth and ophthalmology – your future area of responsibility – and 10 beds for prenatal patients, inductions and sections.

- In cooperation with the head of department, you take over the personnel management, planning and further development of your area (17 beds, around 20 FTE)
- Together with the Shared Governance Team, you ensure well-coordinated processes, high quality of care, appreciative team culture and cost-effectiveness

Main responsibilities
- In cooperation with the head of department, you take over the personnel management, planning and further development of your area (17 beds, around 20 FTE)
- Together with the Shared Governance Team, you ensure well-coordinated processes, high quality of care, appreciative team culture and cost-effectiveness
- You bring in innovations and projects independently and implement them sustainably together with the management team of the Frauenklinik
- You support and empower your team in everyday care and in complex situations
- Collaboration with interfaces makes you appreciate, transparent and solution-oriented Profile:
- Nurse or midwife with completed leadership training or the motivation to complete one
- First management experience in the acute hospital, preferably women's clinic
- High communicative and social competence and enthusiasm
- Strong sense for optimization and funding opportunities Reliability and initiative
