- You act as the central representative of the mid office in the insourcing of fund management activities and support the development of new processes, controls and responsibilities
- You ensure the smooth operation of our mutual funds from the mid-office perspective and ensure the correct coordination of positions and cash holdings
Main responsibilities
- You act as the central representative of the mid office in the insourcing of fund management activities and support the development of new processes, controls and responsibilities
- You ensure the smooth operation of our mutual funds from the mid-office perspective and ensure the correct coordination of positions and cash holdings
- Ensure the quality of relevant market and master data and ensure effective governance of permissions and roles
- You act as the central contact person for operational issues and provide efficient cooperation between custodian banks, brokers, system providers and the internal fund management guarantee.
- You recognize potential for optimization, develop sustainable solutions and promote the digitalization of operational processes
- You can assist with audit, audit and compliance issues You bring that with you
- Higher education in the banking, financial or economic environment
- Several years of experience in asset management, fund management, fund operations or mid office
- Good knowledge of the Swiss fund market and regulatory Requirements (FINMA, KAG, AMAS)
- Experience in working with fund management, custodian banks, brokers and external service providers
