- Competent advice and support of our customers at the counter and on the telephone
- Planning, organisation and coordination of fitness, health and relaxation courses
- Close cooperation and coordination with teachers and other internal contacts
- Participation in the implementation of advertising measures in the area of health & creativity (flyers, promotions, communication)

- Professional experience: in a comparable function, ideally in the education sector
- Completed vocational apprenticeship (EFZ): in the commercial sector, in the retail trade, or in the hotel industry
- English (very good knowledge): Language skills in other national languages are advantageous
- Fitness affinity or knowledge of the fitness, health or leisure industry
- High customer and service orientation with a strong sense of customer needs
- Readiness for irregular working hours, in particular evening and Saturday services Cosa of Friamo
- Central location: Central locations with excellent public transport connections
