Role overview
- Maintenance and repair work as well as audit work on HLKS systems (heating, ventilation, air conditioning, sanitary facilities)
- Monitor actual state of systems and installations
- Create and control maintenance concepts, checklists and specialist instructions
- Provide and monitor assistance in maintenance, commissioning and monitoring of third parties
- Analyzing for eliminating faults and defects
- completed vocational training for the installation of refrigeration, heating and ventilation systems; design in the field of refrigeration systems is advantageous
- System-specific training in the field of HLKS
- Basic knowledge of electrical engineering desired (art. 15 NIV)
- Oral and written knowledge of a second official language
