Role overview

That's what you expect: In this place you are part of the product management mobility insurance department in the area of private individuals.

This is what you do with us: As a member of a multidisciplinary team, you are responsible for developing customer-centric motor vehicle, ship and travel insurance products.

You lead, develop, specify, test and maintain these products and are actively involved in the development and implementation of product vision and strategy.

Your responsibility primarily includes the technical tasks in product management such as specification, agile implementation and testing of product developments, maintenance and innovations.

The coordination of the releases for the mentioned products, support and optimization of product management in daily business, the creation and maintenance of the general insurance conditions and support and further development of various applications and tools, in particular in the field of motor vehicle insurance (electronic insurance certificate, fleet tool, etc.), also belong to your core tasks.

For this, you work in an interdisciplinary way with your colleague: women from the agile implementation organisation, from underwriting, product development (IT), the legal department and other bodies.

Your core tasks are also difficult to work with in the upcoming modernization of motor vehicle insurance.

That's what you bring

• Insurance-specific higher training than insurance specialist or insurance manager
• Multiannual professional experience in insurance, preferably in motor vehicle insurance
• Interest in challenging technical questions and customer-oriented work
• Pleasure of conceptual tasks and cooperation in an innovative team, both in line organisation and in agile organisation
• Open and proactive personality

The workload is 80% and the workstation is Bern.
