Role overview

• Maintain and optimize internal control system (ICS) in methodological and organizational terms

• Define IKS requirements for financially relevant business processes and coordinate them with business process management

• Support and review the implementation of ICC control tools and processes

• Support senior management and directorates as a second line of defense with procedures, organizational processes and modeling tools

• Be the contact person for all ICS issues within the administrative unit and to external bodies

• Take on special tasks in the area of controlling and risk management

• Completed business education in finance and accounting at university level or equivalent

• Several years of professional experience in financial and process management with in-depth knowledge in the field of IKS

• Knowledge of project and process management as well as agile methods
• Experience with modeling tools such as Innovator or Bpanda is beneficial

• Good knowledge of SAP financial modules as well as the modeling methodology of the Federal Government (MMB)
