Handling telephone and written inquiries (first-level support) from members of the army, command posts, commanders and citizens on topics ranging from orientation day to recruitment and release from military service of a member of the army – partly in Italian and French

Support users of the service manager, the digital platform for the interaction between army members and the administration, as well as address access, operation and process issues

Provide solution-oriented information and situation-oriented advice, forward complex or non-specialist concerns to the competent specialist bodies
