Role overview
Tasks
- Together with their colleagues, they accompany and look after adults with cognitive and psychological impairments as well as multiple disabilities, sometimes with challenging behavior and epilepsy, in their everyday lives
- They perceive the wishes and resources of the residents and design their daily and leisure time structure together with them.
They use their medical expertise in a targeted manner
- They take responsibility for the planning and implementation of the agogical, nursing and medical care process
- They are responsible for the smooth department organization and have an overview of the administrative and domestic work
- They support learning specialists in care and health in the development of their competencies Requirements:
- You are a health specialist EFZ and have experience in working with people with disabilities or are interested in familiarizing yourself with this field of activity
- They are motivated to get involved with their counterparts
- They have a solution-oriented work organization and a high level of personal responsibility
- With their creative and transparent communicative style, they shape everyday life proactively
- They are enthusiastic about working with the residents to create a beautiful home that meets their needs We offer:
- Targeted further training on agogic and nursing topics and a very good internal educational offer and support for external further training
- Topic-specific support from internal specialists
- 5 weeks Holidays, 6 weeks from the age of 50
