- Active acquisition and acquisition of new customers throughout Switzerland and the establishment of sustainable customer relationships
- Support and targeted expansion of existing large customers in cooperation with our group companies
- Completed master exam (HLKS) or comparable training (e.g. project manager)
- Experience in active customer acquisition and building new business relationships
Main responsibilities
- Active acquisition and acquisition of new customers throughout Switzerland and the establishment of sustainable customer relationships
- Support and targeted expansion of existing large customers in cooperation with our group companies
- Management and further development of specialist groups in the field of HLKS
- Switzerland-wide market management and development of new business opportunities
- Development and coordination of offers to award
- Self-governing and implementation of projects
- Creation of technical concepts and smaller planning
- Care and development of a network to associations, institutions and market partners
- Participation in specialist events and active knowledge transfer within the group Participation in knowledge management
Key requirements
- Completed master exam (HLKS) or comparable training (e.g. project manager)
- Experience in active customer acquisition and building new business relationships
- Embossed entrepreneurial thinking and self-responsibility High selfemployment and initiative
- Management competence for specialist groups or willingness to take over them
- Structured, practical and precise operation
