Main responsibilities
- Organisation of the assigned item Preparation of the daily mise-en-place
- Preparation and distribution of food and desserts in the lunch and evening business
- Ordering, delivery control, inventory, cleaning and control tasks as well as occupational safety within the framework of the HACCP / KOPAS concept
- Supporting the chef in menu and offer planning and in compliance with quality and safety standards
- They are deputies of the chef during his absence Requirements
- Several years of professional experience and initial management experience: in gastronomy
- Completed vocational apprenticeship (EFZ): as a cook
- Experience with traditional Italian recipes
- You are a service-oriented, communicative and resilient personality
