The SBB Restaurant Luna opened its doors in July 2020 and is the third and newest employee restaurant of SBB Gastronomie Wankdorf.
With its creative and innovative concepts, Luna sets a new standard in personal catering and is unique in Bern Wankdorf.
In the counter system, around 850 guests are catered for with authentic wok dishes, innovative Poké bowls, bright burgers and popular Swiss hits.

Company and context
- Support in the management and organization of the entire kitchen area in cooperation with QC, BL, (GL):
- Ensuring the high quality and production of food
- Coordination of goods management from purchase to inventory based on the predefined budget
- Completion of various administrative tasks (daily cost control, delivery note and invoice control, etc.) Deputy management in their absence
- Completion of general cleaning and cleaning work as well as ensuring ZFV quality and service standards

- You work from Monday to Friday in an 80% workload from 06:00 to 15:00, 07:00 to 16:00 or 09:00 to 18:00. Your area of activity:
