- Professional management of the assigned employees (including briefings and deployment planning) as well as the smooth transfer of planning specifications into dynamic day-to-day business.
- Handling incoming and outgoing trains, organizing and controlling shunting maneuvers (including trips in accordance with FDV) and carrying out technical train inspections.
Main responsibilities

- Handling incoming and outgoing trains, organizing and controlling shunting maneuvers (including trips in accordance with FDV) and carrying out technical train inspections.
- Communication and cooperation with central interfaces such as the control center, transport scheduling, network management and locomotive personnel.
- Predictive management of the equipment on the hub, continuous monitoring of operational processes and solution-oriented, corrective intervention in the event of an incident.
- Active participation in the creation of new hub and shunting concepts, participation in the continuous improvement process. Requirements
- Completed training as a train driver (Cat.
- Ai40/A40) or truck driving license category C/C/E
- Willingness to acquire the missing qualification (driving license C/CE or shunter A40/Ai40)
