Main responsibilities
- Responsibility for the management, monitoring and coordination during the shift Responsibility for disposition and orders
- Ensure readiness to sell and complete the range
- Implementation of the concept of product presentation and the action places as well as the correct installation of the sales assistants and the POS material
- Active sales and competent contact person for customer concerns
- Warehousing management and quality assurance
- Direct, participative personnel management, in particular regarding operational planning and personnel disposition Efficient service Cost monitoring in all shop areas
Key requirements
- Some years: in retail sales
- Completed vocational training (EFZ): Retail trade
- Expertise in the categories Food, food and nonfood
- Customer and sales-oriented and economic thinking and action Well-kept appearance and good handling
- Expressed sense of responsibility, flexibility and resilience
- Ready for early and late shift & mobile (beginning 05:15 h)
- Knowledge of food regulations and regulations (HA/Booga, cold chain, etc.)
- Experience in action plans and implementation Good computer skills Management experience German (very good knowledge)
