The services of the ID Applications (APPS) section include e-mail, groupware (collaborative software solutions) and hosting websites, databases and applications.
The portfolio also includes the design, implementation and further development of various systems (central operational information system, identity & access management, SAP-ERP, web content management and solutions for the development/technology and departments of ETH Zurich.

In this responsible role as Service Owner, you actively participate in the Microsoft-based IAM future of ETH Zurich.
As a senior system specialist:include technical leadership in building, operating and developing identity and access management onprem & multi-cloud environments – focusing on Active Directory, Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365, as well as other cloud providers.
They design and operate scalable Microsoft-based IAM platforms based on Active Directory, ADFS, Azure and M365, take over system administration, automation and project implementation.
