- You work as a senior asset manager in an interdisciplinary team consisting of portfolio and asset managers as well as building trustees and actively contribute to the joint success - you are responsible for the success-oriented and proactive asset management of a portfolio throughout Switzerland incl.
- Romandie and implement innovative strategies
- you take over customer reporting, accompany reassessments and are responsible for budgeting and forecasting to ensure optimal performance
- you define property strategies, identify potentials and develop business plans in Immopac that you implement operationally and continuously develop
- you commission and take care of external service providers such as management, marketers and lawyers to ensure the highest quality and efficiency Requirements
- Degree in architecture, business administration, engineering, finance or law, as well as relevant further education (e.g. IFZ, CUREM)
- At least 5 years of Asset Management experience in the care of investment properties, residential, office and retail, throughout Switzerland with an institutional investor
- Expressed analytical skills, experience in customer reporting and assessment of reviews - initiative, independence, decision-making, willingness to perform and assert
- Excellent German and good, tried-and-tested French skills Additional information Part-time or full-time: 80
