- Translate project strategy into detailed operational plans, including scope, timelines, resource plans, and deliverables
- Drive day-to-day project management activities across global, matrixed teams to ensure timely and quality delivery
- Develop, maintain, and control project documentation, including schedules, resource forecasts, budgets, and risk registers
- Monitor project performance against plan (timeline, budget, scope) and proactively implement corrective actions where required
- Identify, assess, and manage risks, issues, and dependencies; escalate critical topics in a structured and timely manner
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date project information in project management systems, ensuring transparency and traceability of decisions, actions, and changes
- Analyze critical path, evaluate scenarios, and challenge assumptions to enhance robustness and predictability of project plans
- Prepare high-quality, concise project updates and reports for senior stakeholders
