- Breveted military doctor or breveted military doctor with a Swiss or Swiss recognised medical diploma, with a doctorate or equivalent qualification as well as a specialist title and several years of clinical experience in a field relevant to military medicine

Company and context
- Training in management at the level of MAS, MBA, EMBA and several years of leadership experience in complex healthcare organizations or comparable institutions
- Strong ability to bring together different stakeholders and successfully implement strategic projects
- High level of networking within the Swiss healthcare landscape as well as with relevant partner organisations
- Ideally, experience in international assignments or international strategic committees
- Good active knowledge of at least one second official language and passive knowledge of a third official language
