- Responsibility for leading and managing demanding transformation projects in the field of digital manufacturing, Industry 4.0 and smart operations – from strategic alignment to sustainable implementation.
- Advising customers at senior management and C-level in the further development of digital production, operations and technology models.
- Development of reliable target images, transformation roadmaps and implementation approaches for the further development of industrial value creation, processes and system landscapes.
- Conception and control of effective solutions in topic areas such as Smart Factory, MES/MOM, IoT, Industrial Data Platforms, AI-based use cases and IT/OT-related transformation initiatives.
- Active further development of existing customer relationships, identification of strategic business potential and co-responsibility for offer processes, pitches and the positioning of Eraneos in the market.
- Leadership, coaching and targeted further development of employees as well as active contribution to the expansion of our capabilities, our team and our market impact in the field of digital manufacturing.
