- Design of parental work and support of students in their successful integration into the Bernese school system, in close cooperation with the teachers and the schools taking over
- Active networking and coordination with the operation of collective accommodation, municipal and cantonal bodies and other bodies involved
- Co-creation and further development of teaching and school quality together with the college and the pedagogical management Requirements
- school management training completed or willing to complete it;
- Professional experience as a teacher or in the pedagogical field as well as knowledge of the asylum and primary education system of the Canton of Bern
- Strong flexibility, resilience and leadership skills as well as enjoyment of an extremely dynamic working environment
