Come to AXA, the leading insurance company in Switzerland - as part of the Team Input digital, case handlers are responsible for the indexing of electronically as well as physically incoming mail for the property, legal protection and pensions industry.
The work that is done in our team then starts individual processes.
These vary from the opening of a claim, an allocation to the corresponding claims or performance cases, research into unclear documents, to the digitization of physical data carriers.Our goal is efficient and qualitative to allocate the documents to the correct specialist departments with the necessary requirements.
