Foreman: in road construction Your contribution with us
- You lead your team on the construction site and take action yourself if necessary
- You organize and coordinate the daily work in road and civil engineering
- You support the polisher in the planning of personnel, machines and materials
- You ensure a professional, secure and timely execution
- You lead daily reports, create dimensions and document the construction progress
- You work in road, surface, trench, plant management and sewer work
- You make sure that the requirements for quality and work safety are adhered to
What matters to us
- You have completed basic training in construction, ideally as a road builder: in EFZ
- You have completed further training as a foremen: or bring appropriate professional experience
- You are familiar with road and civil engineering and enjoy working directly on the construction site
- You can lead a team and organize work independently
- You work reliably, solution-oriented and keep an overview even with a lot of operations
- You will communicate in German
- You have the driving licence category B
