Main responsibilities
- You guide the Panorama restaurant and as a host you presume the highest level of hospitality
- You guarantee a first-class service in the six exclusive private dining rooms and create the right setting for business meetings
- You inspire guests with professional service work such as flambieren, tranching and filleting directly at the table
- You lead, promote and develop your team and provide a motivating team spirit
- You are responsible for personnel and operational planning as well as a smooth running of the day-to-day business in cooperation
- with the management team of the staff restaurant of the ZKB
- you ensure consistent compliance with the quality, hygiene and HA-Boogo standards
- you care for the hotel, start offers and take on administrative tasks with high professionalism
- you work closely with the kitchen and internal stakeholders and actively support the department management
Key requirements
- 3-4 years of professional experience: in a similar function, preferably in gourmet gastronomy or 5* hotel industry
- Completed vocational education (EFZ): as restaurant specialist* specialist
- Service-oriented host person with a strong frontal presence and several years of management experience in the high-class gastronomy
- Expressed quality awareness and a structured and responsible working method
