- You are responsible for setting up and presenting the offer depending on the time of day and season
- At the buffet and at the checkout, the customers are actively served and advised by you
- Compliance with and enforcement of the HACCP concept falls within your remit
- You take care of regular tours for the care and proper functioning of the coffee machines in the break rooms of the operating center
- Taking care of all kinds of aperitifs and helping with served lunches and evening events round off your area of responsibility
- The versatile task area includes assistance in the dishwashing room and cleaning the guest room.
- You support when needed in the kitchen and when scooping
Requirements
- Some years of professional experience: in the field of (system) gastronomy / retail trade
- Completed basic or further training: in gastronomy
- You show a high sense of quality and responsibility
- Selling and consulting are your passions and customer satisfaction your motivation
- You convince with your resilience, flexibility and high willingness to perform
- Willingness to help with about 12 evening assignments on occasions
- PC skills and high digital fitness set you apart
- German (very good knowledge)
