Main responsibilities
- You are responsible for the correct handling of all incurred contract work as well as allowances, deductions and legal requirements in accordance with the applicable regulations. These include:
- Timely and correct implementation of changes e.g. in social security law, withholding taxes etc.
- Preparation of annual statements for all social insurances, withholding tax statements, salary statements, etc. Personal administration
- Ensuring continuous optimization and documentation of efficient processes
- Creating and interpreting key figures and statistics Project management and cooperation
- Proactive advice and support to the management of Human Resources in the use and further development of existing HR systems, tools and processes Requirements
- In addition to further training in the field of human resources / salary processing, you bring the following:
- In-depth knowledge of Social Security, Labour Law, Withholding Tax, Payroll Advanced knowledge of Excel IT affinity
