Do you want to lead people and move technology? At Galexis, you take over responsibility for infrastructure and technical facilities in one of the most modern pharmaceutical distribution centers in Switzerland and ensure reliable operation with your team. You are actively involved in shaping technical projects and the further development of our infrastructure. You can expect a lot of room for manoeuvre at the interface between leadership, technology and logistics.
You can do that.
- You lead the area of infrastructure and technology and together with your team you ensure the technical and service skills in a GDP environment.
- You ensure a high availability of the technical systems and thus create the basis for reliable picking and customer delivery.
- You tailor the resource and shift planning to the operational requirements so that technical support is guaranteed.
- You will lead technical projects and coordinate adjustments and extensions of automated conveying technology.
- You bring your IT and IT security knowledge to the operation of the IT-controlled facilities and combine technical requirements with the needs of the operations departments.
- You work closely with all operational departments and are in exceptional cases, if necessary, also in the evening or Saturday.
You bring that with you
- You have technical training and experience in the maintenance, extension and control of automated intralogistics conveyor systems as well as in industrial house, building system and air conditioning technology.
- You have proven leadership experience in a production company with high demands on plant availability.
- You have experience in project management as well as environmental and safety management
- Knowledge of Good Distribution Practice (GDP) is an advantage.
- You work securely with heating, air conditioning and ventilation software, as well as Microsoft applications, and have IT and IT security skills; SAP knowledge is a plus.
- You speak German at native language level and have knowledge of English
- Knowledge of French is an advantage.
