- More than 5 years of experience leading IT, digital CX, digital product, AI or CRM projects
Key requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, project management, or engineering
- More than 5 years of experience leading IT, digital CX, digital product, AI or CRM projects
- Experience with contact center or calling projects is a plus
- You’re well-versed in cloud and unified communications technologies; if not, you want to learn
- Experience with Salesforce or other CRM solutions is a plus
- You enjoy direct contact with customers and partners and have excellent communication skills
- Experience with leading workshops is greatly appreciated
- You enjoy working as part of a team, are well-organized, and maintaining structure in your work
- You are certified in project management and/or agile methodologies (e.g., PMP, Prince2, IPMA, Scrum, etc.) and ideally, you are ITILv4 certified
- You are fluent in German and English and as a plus you are business proficient in French What you can expect Hybrid working model and modern tooling
