The Swiss Accreditation Body (SAS) is the national accreditation authority of Switzerland. From product safety tests to energy management systems to material analyses in the laboratory - when it is checked whether products, systems or services comply with certain standards and legal requirements, SAS also takes a close look. In this way, we create trust in the services of others and help to make the everyday life of many people safer and to reduce technical barriers to trade. The Knowledge and Information Management department, consisting of six established employees, ensures contemporary knowledge and information management within SAS with the aim that SAS can perform its core tasks in the best possible way.

You can make this contribution

• Establishment, maintenance and further development of relationships with relevant stakeholders in the context of accreditation
• Design and implement a coherent information strategy towards these stakeholders and define the main topics
• Maintain contacts with national and/or international bodies or organisations to ensure the transfer of knowledge or fulfilment of tasks.
• Development of foundation papers, presentations, lectures, speaking notes and reports for the hierarchy
• Management and coordination of projects in their own sphere of activity as well as participation in other projects
• Ensuring a compliant information management in accordance with the requirements of the Federal Administration

This makes them unique.

• Master in Politics/Social Sciences, Communication or equivalent degree
• Communicative flair, editorial fluency and experience in stakeholder management as well as in dealing with new media
• High degree of social, analytical and conceptual competence as well as independent and self-organized working methods
• Quick comprehension, sense of the essentials and serenity even under time pressure
• Very good active knowledge of two official languages and very good knowledge of English
